One of our favourite residences of this month was the completion of this beautiful private villas, Eze Sur Mer located on the coast of France.
Complete mechanical and electrical design provided by Dynamic Design. Works included, new utilities installation & connections, (Water, 3 phase electricity, telecom & natural gas), General power distribution and generator connection, specialist LED lighting system, networked control system for all building services, heating, A/C curtains, blinds and lighting etc, Cinema room PA/AV system, fire alarm system, extensive specialist intruder alarm system including security lighting and remote monitoring, IPCCTV system including external cameras, IT network, gas fired underfloor heating system, gate and door IP access control system, MVHR, (Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery) System. Air conditioning system, Central vacuum system.
